Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped to destination within 3 business days, or if products are out of stock it may take up to 10 days because of the international distributor. For calculated shipping rates: Priority shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders and postal services time frames. We ensure that you will receive your order in a timely manner.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns for any purchases but Bianki's Natural Products is happy to replace any damaged products that may occur during shipping and handling. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at biankinaturalproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
